Why organizations choose Leaders of Leaders
Choose it when you want to strengthen a group of leaders and how they work across the organization.
Build cross-functional relationships
Participants work closely with leaders from other functions, building relationships that make decisions and execution easier across the business.
Develop a broader understanding of the business
Leaders see beyond their own area and understand more of the organization's priorities.
Strengthen the leadership pipeline
Each participant works on their own leadership goal with individual coaching, so development connects to their actual role and readiness for what's next.
The program grew out of founder Emily Chipman's work adapting Stakeholder Centered Coaching for groups.
What the program includes
Over 12 months, development is applied to the leadership and business challenges participants are working on now.
- Individual coaching for each participant
- Shared leadership development with the full cohort
- Pulse Leadership measurement, a survey-based 360 completed by each participant's manager, peers, direct reports, and others
- Stakeholder measurement and an impact review for HR
Your team selects the participants and reads the reports. We handle kickoff, surveys, follow-up, and reporting.
Outcomes from client cohorts
- 01
Improved employee retention
- 02
Strengthened talent pipeline
- 03
Stronger cross-functional strategic relationships
I came into the program with reasonable skepticism. I left having had a very successful year in work, stronger relationships with multiple people, and having learned a few valuable skills and habits. It was well worth the time.
