Emily Chipman
Founder & Executive Coach

Emily's background combines HR, organization development, performance analysis, and executive coaching. Clients rely on her to get to the root of what's happening, identify what will actually move the needle, and help leaders make focused changes that matter.

Emily has nearly 20 years of experience in organization development, leadership coaching and development, and organization performance analysis, working both inside organizations and as an external partner. She has led internal project teams and designed and facilitated leader development for leaders across industries and globally.
She was selected by the founders of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching to be the first woman to certify other coaches in the method. She adapted the approach for groups, which became the basis for Leaders of Leaders, and has overseen the selection and quality of coaches placed with organizations.
Emily founded Rusman Consulting Solutions in 2015 and expanded it in 2023 to include a team of senior coaches.

Mark has been an ICF-certified executive coach for more than 20 years, working with clients across industries and around the world. His coaching builds on leaders' strengths and connects individual effectiveness with the organization's purpose and priorities.
Alongside coaching, he works on organization transformation and culture change, and founded an organization design and alignment firm that has supported strategic restructuring and the development of executives and their teams.
Mark holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and psychology and a master's degree in organizational behavior, and is certified in executive coaching and design thinking.

Mike partners with successful organizations to help senior leaders and high achievers become even more effective. He is one of a select few to earn the title of Master Coach in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and he helps certify new coaches in the method.
He is also an executive coach with the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

She is often asked to support leaders at career transitions, such as moving between industries, working in a new country, or stepping into senior and C-suite roles, and to work with high-potential women leaders. She has coached leaders from more than 40 countries, from developing leaders to the C-suite.
Andrea is certified in individual and leadership coaching, cultural and cross-cultural intelligence, the neuroscience of change, team coaching, and organization and relationship coaching.
